Role Description

This is a full-time role for a highly experienced Business Development Manager based out of our Hong Kong HQ, with the ability to work remotely for the right candidate. We work with best in class developers across the UK, Thailand, Australia & UAE.

As a proven real estate performer you will be a part of a high performing sales team with a mix of B2B, B2C & ongoing portfolio management.

Day-to-day tasks will include market research, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field

• Strong understanding of property markets and investment strategies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience working with expat clients and understanding of international property markets is advantageous
