Formerly a professional athlete in the UK, Siôn understood the importance of financial literacy early on. In 2019, he transitioned into real estate investment and wealth building, applying the same strategic mindset that defined his sporting career.
His background in elite sports instilled a disciplined, results-driven approach, which he now brings to helping clients build long-term financial security through structured property investments.
With over nine years of experience in high-performance environments, Siôn has developed strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills, equipping him to guide investors through complex property transactions and long-term portfolio growth.
John Treacy
Co-founder & Sales Director
John specialises in property solutions for expats in Asia and the Middle East. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate and private equity sectors, he has a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of everyday investors looking to build wealth through strategic international property investments.
His core expertise includes property consulting, asset management, and business development. He has also successfully expanded and led sales teams, established strategic partnerships with international wealth management companies, and delivered high-quality property projects — primarily in the UK, and more recently, Phuket.
Krystal Lai
Head of Marketing & Operations
Krystal is a strategic communications specialist with a strong track record of helping businesses clarify their messaging, streamline internal processes, and communicate effectively.
She has advised listed companies and startups across regions and industries, operating at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution.
Garth Wolter
Business Development Manager
Garth is a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships and identifying opportunities that genuinely add value to clients’ lives and businesses.
He is known for his belief that good business is built on trust and real connection, taking a long-term approach to understanding what matters to people and building relationships that often evolve into genuine friendships.
Outside of work, he is an avid golfer who enjoys a good dad joke.

Anita Ng
Anita is a corporate and commercial lawyer specializing in advising early-stage and high-growth businesses. She advises founders and their teams on a broad range of corporate matters in order to build a strong legal foundation and to navigate legal challenges. She also acts as fractional general counsel for various innovative and emerging companies.
Previously, Anita spent over a decade at international law firms, where she gained extensive experience on complex cross-border M&A, securities and financing transactions, and high-stakes regulatory and compliance cases.
Peter L.
As an entrepreneur, investor and advisor, Peter brings more than three decades of experience in building and scaling organisations globally, including the UK, Hong Kong, Thailand & Australia.
He later founded Majestic Corporation in 2018, which has since become a leader in the circular economy space, listing on London’s Aquis exchange in 2022 and on the US’ OTC markets in late 2025.
