On Invest Welcomes Peter Lai, Founder & CEO of Majestic Corporation, to its Advisory Board

On Invest is proud to announce that Peter Lai, Founder, CEO, and Managing Director of Majestic Corporation, which is listed in London, has joined our Advisory Board.

With ties across Australia, Asia, and the UK, Peter brings more than three decades of entrepreneurship experience. Since founding Majestic in 2018, he has built and scaled the company into a leader in the sustainable circular economy, listing it on London’s Aquis Stock Exchange four years later in 2022.

Deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, Peter is committed to nurturing the next generation of founders and talent. 

This appointment is also uniquely meaningful. Both of On Invest’s co-founders have deep ties to Wales, and Majestic recently expanded its commitment to Wales through the acquisition of a major nonferrous recycling facility in Wrexham. Together, we look forward to building on these shared connections and expanding our impact.
